Rates for Escort Services

Mileage rate for chase escort:
          $1.45 per mile with a 15% fuel surcharge
          $65.00 for any overnight with load

Mileage rate for high pole escort:
          $1.55 per mile with a 15% fuel surcharge
          $65.00 for any overnight with load
          Fuel surcharge is negotiable with significant overall fuel price reduction
          Dead Head Miles $.80 per mile

Mini Run Rate- $250.00
Loads moved 150 miles or less will be considered a mini run and will be a minimum rate of $250.00, provided the move does not last more than 3 hours. Anything over three hours is considered a day rate.

Half Day Rate- $350.00
Half day rate is considered 4 hours regardless of start time.

Full Day Rate- $550.00
Full day is considered 8 hours after which the hourly rate is $68.75.

NO GO’s- $250.00
No Go’s are defined as at the time of dispatch. A dispatch call is a Go. If the load does not get loaded or does not move after the dispatch call this is defined as a NO-GO.

Minimum daily rate is $250.00

Rates subject to change with regional increase in operating expenses.
Customer must approve rates with signature of Authorized Representative prior to any service being preformed.

Payment is due upon completion of the move.
